Along the Embarcadero at Pier 39 in San Fransisco.

This guy hid casually behind two bush fronds and wiggled them at unsuspecting tourists.

My story? Well, we walked up, and I noticed that a bunch of people (from the vantage point of this photo) were lined up with their cameras, so I turned around to see what they were looking at just as the guy scared us. I was facing the wrong way, so I missed the initial scare, but my friend freaked way out, and THAT'S what scared the crap out of me. Good times.

I thought he was hilarious... and it looked like he was having heaps of fun.

It kinda made me think, wow, he's homeless and his life can't be totally awesome. But yet, there he is, smiling and brightening up other people's days. Maybe he's got it made.
